  • Quick Overview

The SKEINO MOON SHAWL is knitted on the bias entirely in Garter Stitch. Increasing and decreasing stitches creates this diamond shape which is wide in the center and tips at the end. This makes it perfect to wear. Five single skeins (120 yards each) are braided into this Knitting Kit. The colors are shading from light to dark or mirroring, making us think of the ever-changing moon. The yarn for the MOON SHAWL is an I-cord yarn. The cord inside is knitted from Nylon and the “knitted in” fibers are a blend of Baby Alpaca and for memory it uses Fine Merino. The SKEINO Moon Shawl is made with wonderful lightweight yarn that is super soft and just beautiful. This is the very best yarn we could find for this Shawl. The Moon Shawl knitting is easy and a tutorial will help you to work the increases / decreases and the color changes right from the start.

These Tonal Colors are a special Dye Lot and all one of a kind !
